These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TicketKaro website and mobile applications (collectively the “Platform”), operated by DANGO Solutions (“TicketKaro”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

1. About TicketKaro

TicketKaro is an online marketplace connecting event organisers, stall vendors, and attendees in Pakistan. TicketKaro provides the booking technology only. Every event, screening, journey, and stall is sold and delivered by the organiser or operator, who is solely responsible for it. TicketKaro is not the organiser, promoter, venue, or carrier, and bears no responsibility for the quality, content, safety, legality, timing, postponement, or cancellation of any event, performance, journey, or venue.

2. Acceptance & Updates

You accept these Terms by using the Platform. TicketKaro may update these Terms at any time; the current version is published on this page and applies from the date it is posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to register. Certain events require CNIC verification for attendees aged 18+.
• TicketKaro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Ticket Purchases

• Tickets are sold by the event organiser through TicketKaro’s platform. TicketKaro issues tickets on the organiser’s behalf and collects payment through licensed payment partners; TicketKaro is not a bank, payment institution, or ticket reseller.
• The event organiser’s refund and cancellation policy governs all refunds. TicketKaro will pass on and process refunds where the organiser approves or the event is cancelled, but is not independently liable to refund or compensate you beyond amounts actually received and not yet settled to the organiser.
• Ticket holders must comply with all venue rules and the organiser’s code of conduct. TicketKaro is not responsible for denied entry due to venue decisions or attendee conduct.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless the Ticket Transfer feature is explicitly enabled for that event.

5. Stall Bookings

• Stall rental agreements are between the applicant and the event organiser. TicketKaro acts as facilitator only.
• Stall fees are collected on the organiser’s behalf and settled to the organiser per the agreed schedule. TicketKaro does not act as an escrow agent or trustee and holds no fiduciary duty in respect of these funds.
• Platform service fees are non-refundable once a stall booking is confirmed.

6. Platform Service Fees

TicketKaro charges a service fee on each transaction, disclosed at checkout. This fee covers payment processing, platform infrastructure, and customer support. It is non-refundable except in cases of verified platform error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling or transferring tickets above face value (scalping).
• Creating fraudulent accounts, impersonating others, or providing false information.
• Filing payment chargebacks without first raising a dispute through TicketKaro support.
• Using automated bots or scripts for bulk purchasing or data scraping without prior written consent.
• Any activity that violates Pakistani law, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

8. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on a best-efforts basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, and may perform maintenance, without notice and without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not responsible for failures of internet connectivity, mobile networks, devices, scanning hardware, or third-party payment providers.

9. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We make no warranty regarding any event, organiser, operator, venue, or vendor listed on the Platform, or regarding information supplied by them.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PAKISTANI LAW, TICKETKARO’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY USER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PLATFORM SERVICE FEE ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND RETAINED BY TICKETKARO ON THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. TICKETKARO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY.

In particular, TicketKaro is not liable for: cancellation, postponement, relocation, or non-performance of an event; denied entry, venue conduct, or crowd management; injury, loss, or damage occurring at a venue; acts or omissions of organisers, operators, vendors, or payment partners; or refunds an organiser refuses or fails to fund.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TicketKaro harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. Organisers, operators, and vendors additionally indemnify TicketKaro against all claims arising from their events, listings, and dealings with attendees.

12. Force Majeure

TicketKaro is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, strikes, civil unrest, government action, power or network failure, or the failure of any third-party service.

13. Social Sign-In

Use of Google or Facebook sign-in is additionally subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Meta’s Terms of Service respectively. TicketKaro is not responsible for any interruption or change to those third-party services.

14. Mobile Application

The TicketKaro mobile applications are distributed via the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The relevant store’s terms apply alongside these Terms. Application features may differ from the web platform and are subject to change without notice.

15. Intellectual Property

The TicketKaro name, logo, and brand identity are the exclusive property of DANGO Solutions. Event content including descriptions and images is supplied by, and remains the responsibility and intellectual property of, the respective organiser, who warrants they hold the rights to it.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact TicketKaro Support at support@dango.pk and allow 14 working days for resolution before commencing formal legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the business; you may not assign them. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TicketKaro regarding the Platform.
