About TicketKaro

Pakistan’s top platform for events

TicketKaro is where people find out what is happening in Pakistan — concerts, festivals, sports, markets, workshops and community gatherings, in one place. Some of those events sell their tickets through us under an agreement with the organiser; many are listed purely so the public knows they are on, when, and where. Both matter, and both are free to list.

For organisers who do sell with us, TicketKaro is also a full ticketing and event-management system: multiple ticket types, online payments, attendee management, and gate check-in that keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi does not.

Who We Are

TicketKaro is a project of DANGO and is operated by the same registered business. DANGO is a Pakistani business registered under the name DANGO, and it builds and runs several Pakistani consumer brands and digital platforms — a direct-to-consumer jewellery and bodycare range at dango.pk, and a group of web and mobile products of which TicketKaro is the largest.

TicketKaro and dango.pk are not separate companies or affiliated entities: they are trading names of one registered business, run by one team. You can read about the group and its other ventures at dango.pk/about-us.

What TicketKaro Offers

• Event Listings — A free public listing for any genuine event, ticketed or not, so people can find the date, venue, directions and details.
• Event Ticketing — For organisers who sell with us: multiple ticket types, promo codes, early-bird pricing, volume discounts, and real-time sales reporting.
• Cinema & Transport Ticketing — Interactive seat-map booking for cinema operators, and intercity route and seat management for transport operators.
• Gatekeeper App — A dedicated mobile app for gate staff: QR scanning, NFC tap-to-enter, offline-capable check-in, and live synchronisation.
• Organiser Portal — A full partner dashboard for event creation, attendee management, broadcast messaging, concessions, and financial reporting.
• Stall & Vendor Management — Free for organisers. Publish a stall brief, take vendor applications online, collect the fee by card or bank transfer, and lay the hall out on an interactive floor plan — zones, entrances, stage, food, washrooms — which visitors then use to find a specific vendor on the day.
• Virtual Queues — Digital crowd-flow management for stall events, exhibitions, and high-footfall venues.

How Booking Works

Ticketing is a digital service and delivery is immediate — there is nothing to ship and no courier involved.

1. You choose an event, a ticket type and a quantity.
2. At checkout you see the full breakdown — ticket price, any discount, applicable tax, platform fee and payment processing fee — before you pay.
3. Payment is completed on our payment provider’s secure page. TicketKaro never sees or stores your card details.
4. Your ticket is issued within seconds of the payment clearing and reaches you four ways: by email, on your My Tickets page, in the TicketKaro app under Bookings, and as an optional Google Wallet pass.
5. At the venue, gate staff scan the QR code on your ticket. Each ticket admits once.

Who Can Sell on TicketKaro

Organisers do not activate themselves. Every organiser applies, provides their business details, CNIC and NTN, and a bank account in the name of the applying party, accepts our Organiser Agreement, and is then reviewed and approved by our team. For higher-value events we additionally require the venue booking confirmation and, above a set threshold, the relevant NOC before any ticket may be sold.

Refunds

If an event is cancelled you are refunded in full — the ticket price and every fee charged on it. Nothing is withheld, and you do not need to apply: we start it. Postponements, buyer-initiated cancellations and the deadlines that apply to them are set out in our Terms of Service and shown to you at checkout before you pay. Our Mission

We believe no event in Pakistan should go unnoticed for want of a place to announce it, and that the ones selling tickets deserve infrastructure that actually works — secure payments, honest numbers, and check-in that holds up at the gate. So we do both: an open listing for everyone, and professional-grade ticketing for organisers who partner with us.
